There will be a Board of Trustee Meeting held on Thursday, April 18th at 9 AM at the Loch Lloyd Country Club.
The meeting agenda includes the Pledge of Allegiance, certification of election results, Thank You to Wayne Little, Oath of Office, Approval of the Meeting Minutes from 3-20-2024, selection of the Board’s Chairperson, Village Clerk, and Planning and Zoning representative, process for replacing the vacant Planning and Zoning seat, MoDOT/tax/hazardous waste updates, review of the Building Inspector Ordinance, review of the ethics/code of conduct/social media preliminary draft policy, and any other such matters that come before the Board.
Executive Session ( Closed Meeting)
The Village of Loch Lloyd may enter an executive session during the meeting if such action is approved by the majority of the Trustees present, with a quorum, to discuss:
•Litigation matter as authorized by Missouri Statute 610.021(1)
•Real Estate acquisition matters as authorized by 610.021 (2)
•Personnel matters as authorized by 610.021(3)
•Other matters as authorized by 610.021 (4-21) as may be applicable
