The Village of Loch Lloyd is composed of three Home Owners Associations. In many respects these associations handle many operations normally regarded as civil matters, chief among which are ownership and maintenance of the roadways in the Village as there are no public roads in the Village.
The Loch Lloyd Homes Association is located in the southern portion of the gated community.
The North Homes Association is in an area still under development and is controlled by the developer, Five Star Lifestyles, LLC.
The Tara Home Owner Association is located on the southern side of the community outside the gate on Millcreek Road north of 172nd Street and includes 9 homes on 80 acres.
The Loch Lloyd Country Club

Much of the community life of the Village is centered around the Loch Lloyd Country Club, which is framed by a Tom Watson designed 18-hole golf course. “Regarded by many as Tom Watson’s finest architectural design, the course at Loch Lloyd is a Kansas City treasure, providing an exceptional golfing experience for players of all skill levels. In addition, the Club’s amenities includes a swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, a full-service grill, formal dining, and an event space.
