The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Loch Lloyd will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM on Thursday, December 5th at the Loch Lloyd Country Club to review and consider and make a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees regarding the rezoning of land within the development locally known as the Sechrest property.
Subsequent to the Commission hearing, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, December 18th at the Loch Lloyd Country Club to receive the recommendation from the Village Planning and Zoning Commission and consider adoption of an ordinance approving the proposed rezoning.
